We hope you are enjoying the benefits of your Links Hope Island membership and the continuity of play during Covid-19. Membership remains an integral part of our business and we extend this Membership invitation as a commitment to an ongoing Membership experience at Links Hope Island.

We would like to extend our appreciation to each of you for working cooperatively with our staff and so willingly making adjustments to your regular playing and socialising routines during this time.

Our team of volunteers have worked tirelessly on course and provided inspiration to each of us. It has been humbling to see your community spirit and love for our Club and we are so proud of your efforts and the incredible transformation. Once we can gather again in a more social setting, it will be time to share a cold drink and BBQ together.

The management team would like to thank members of the Members Advisory Committee for their time and contribution to club life over the last 12 months, your balance, perspective and ideas are always welcome.

We are continuing to work on plans for the development of our exciting new 9^th Hole and improved Driving Range facility. This hole will be the very last design from Mike Wolveridge and as such it holds special value for Links.  

Works are anticipated to commence in the second half of 2020 pending local council flood requirements which we are currently working through engineering solutions to ensure that the storage model is balanced and the project is value managed to budget.  

Prior to commencement of the construction process, we will communicate the day to day operational changes to minimise disruption to the enjoyment of your Membership. During the time of works, hole 12A will be in play so the course will be a full 18 holes and we endeavour to provide some temporary practice facilities during construction. As valued members, we would like to extend clubhouse credit to thank you for your understanding in advance during the period of temporary driving range closure from 1^st July.

What’s new in 2020: 

• All 5 & 7 Day Members will receive a house credit for the inconvenience of the temporary driving range closure from 1^st July 2020.
• BONUS – Members who pay their subscription in full before 30 May will receive three guest rounds for 7 day Members, 2 guest rounds for 5 day & Next Gen Members and 1 guest round for Twilight Members. * Terms & Conditions Apply.
• More flexible payment plans to suit your lifestyle. We have reintroduced quarterly and bi-annual payments. *Administration fees apply. $50 per quarter or $75 bi-annually.
• Additionally, should you refer a new Member to Links, your recommendation will be rewarded with up to *$200 clubhouse credit to use at Links. *Terms & Conditions apply.
• We are delighted to advise Members will be entitled to preferred rates on Merchandise and Food & Beverage purchases at Links Hope Island. *Some exemptions apply.
• Twilight Members are able to add Handicap Management to their membership for $195 p.a.

As part of our ongoing commitment to the future of Links Hope Island, we would like to offer you the opportunity to continue your Membership past the expiry of this current Membership year from 1 July 2020. Below for your reference are the following documents to download:

1. Membership Information Kit outlining the privileges, benefits and costs of our variety of Membership options.
2. Membership application form & Direct Debit Authority. (Membership subscriptions due 30/06/2020) Note, all Members are required to complete the Membership Application at the time of renewal.
3.  House Account Application.

In lieu of a Members Information Night, we invite all Members to submit any questions you may have in writing by the 29^th May and appropriate questions and answers will be uploaded on the Members portal.

Our accounts team will be issuing you with an invoice for Membership based on your current Membership category, if you are planning on changing your category or not renewing, please contact the Accounts Department (07 5530 9024 or accounts@linkshopeisland.com.au ) and we will adjust accordingly.

Please note some categories will have limited numbers and are subject to availability on a first served basis.

Your new Membership kit will be available for collection from 1^st July at Reception. You will be required to sign for your kit including your handbook, cart sticker and card.
